Hopefully, the worst of winter is over in your area, but you’re likely still in need of a coat to help curb some of that lingering frigid air. To help you out, our Beverly Hills store Stylists have created an incredibly chic look that’s classic, timeless and trendy.

You can certainly recreate this look on your own by utilizing a neutral base layer and one statement outerwear piece. Keep reading for tips on how to tackle the last of winter in style.

Suave in Suede and Winter White

The Janice Suede Trench Coat is velvety smooth and incredibly luxurious. According to Vogue, suede is the must-have addition to your closet this season. With the 70s influence on the runway this season, it’s hard to escape the need for this jacket or another one like it.

Vogue says, yes, you’ll be emitting a bit of a hippy vibe, but your choice of footwear and accessories will help you dress up or down depending on the occasion.

This trench coat’s suede shell is made of 100% ovine leather and it’s lining is 100% woven polyester; (side note: it’s  dry clean only and should only be spot treated with cold water).

Designed to be buttoned and belted at the waist, this coat should hit near the knees; it’s fine if a bit longer or shorter on your body type. As an added bonus, it comes apart at the waist and can be worn as a cropped jacket. Two jackets for the price of one!

The Stylists from our Beverly Hills flagship store have styled it with the Serena lace top (pictured above) and Corina Pants (a polyester/cotton/spandex blend, also available in store) and the Emmy Mack Meghan ballerina flats.

The Serena Top features a lacy outer shell made of nylon and viscose and a front-only lining made of mulberry silk and spandex. (It can be washed gently in cold water, but dry cleaning is recommended). The Italian-handmade, cobra-print flats are seated atop the signature Emmy Mack bronze polished ¾ inch heel, are made with a kid leather upper and feature a platinum leather lining.

The little details

A backless blouse like the Serena Top is best outfitted with a strapless backless bra like our Iris Winged Backless Bra (which comes in nude and black). Its strapless, non-slip pushup design with front clasp molds to your shape for a seamless fit; clear adhesive sticks gently on your skin.

Pair it with the Breonna Tanga Thong in nude; the color and profile will help keep your intimates intimate, rather than showing through your winter white pants.

This trench coat speaks for itself when layered over this monochromatic look. You can carry that through with your makeup too by utilizing the Neri nail polish for a subtle, but glamorous sheen on your nails.

Combined with the Velvet Rose Mousse Lip Color matte lipstick and you’ll appear effortlessly chic.
