Designers Cushnie et Ochs have become well known for their clean lines and sleek silhouettes. The nail looks seen backstage were an extension of that aesthetic, as the chic manicures matched the chic fashions that walked the runway.
They used a soft sheer hue, and added silver metallic striping tape across the center of the nail – so clever!

Colorblocking has been popular for the last few years, and now we’re seeing the trend extend into nail art. Colorblocking is a great way to add visual interest, playing with an array of colors, as inspired earlier this year by designer Jeremy Scott. This look can easily be worn during fall – just switch your colors according to the season or your mood!
Use nail art tape to recreate the geometric shapes. Place the tape any direction across the nail. Polish each layer a different color until your desired look is achieved.
